The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Staff was very courteous and helpful from check in to check out. They were very appreciative of our mission work with the Grace Fellowship Baptist Church Christmas Parade giving out back packs. Very nice place to stay, will return for another stay.
The staff were all super friendly. Anything we needed, they were very accommodating. The breakfast was pretty awesome. Rooms were clean, but and beautiful. I have no complaints at all. We will definitely stay there again, if we are ever back in town!!
I wish my stay was under more happy conditions...my father passed away and we traveled for his funeral, but everyone at the Sleep Inn of Clintwood made our stay as good as it possibly could have been. Everyone we encountered treated us so nicely and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I also just want to add, my family typically stays at Holiday Inn Express...that's what we're accustomed to and we're usually pretty happy with them, knowing what we're going to get. I had never stayed at a Sleep Inn and was a little hesitant to be honest! My family was VERY pleasantly surprised and in fact, I have to admit I enjoyed the stay better! The rooms were fresh, beautifully updated and modern and I liked the flat screen TV mounted on the wall! The bed was comfy as were the pillows, and even the breakfast area was better than I've seen in most hotels I've been in! Speaking of the breakfast, it was hot and delicious. The staff wrote cute notes like "Our guests are the best!" and "have a great day" on the bananas which again, under the circumstances, put a smile on my face and I appreciated that! Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will definitely be staying there again when we come back to that area. It's like a second home to me and you made it feel even more so.

Travel for a funeral is not the most pleasant of travel. But. When I arrived the staff was concerned for my comfort and made me feel like I’d arrived home at my mother’s house.
